Parameters is a music video I co-directed, shot, coloured, and edited for Melbourne-based music artist, YAAK. In tandem with his producer, George, I worked closely with YAAK to craft a music video to accompany the release of his new rap single.
From the rough draft that I and the Hylo Creative team assembled, Paramters was a jam-packed, run-and-gun style shoot. This video was a blast to film. My role in this film covered all bases, from pre-production location planning and shot lists, through to solo filming and editing of the video.
Above is the music video. Below are some of my images from the location scout prior to shooting. I captured some frames of potential locations and to give the producer and artist an idea of the aesthetic that I was envisioning.
