Hi, I’m Iain Soumitri
I’m a Melbourne-based cinematographer and photographer. Possessing industry experience in shooting commercials and marketing campaigns for companies such as Subway, Westinghouse, Red Rooster, Chery Motor and many more.
My passion lies in visual storytelling and creating compelling promotional campaigns. Undertaking a Bachelors in Political Science and International Affairs, I continue to feed my passion for global affairs with my love in filmmaking through my documentary work. I’m currently in post-production for a documentary I shot in India in early 2023. I also enjoy wearing many different production hats, regularly working as a video editor and colourist as well as a camera assist, focus puller, and camera technician.
